Confidential Settlement For Failure To Diagnose Heart Attack

We filed and settled a case against a hospital and a family doctor failing to timely treat a 58-year-old man who went to the hospital’s emergency with classic symptoms of a heart attack. We argued that the failure of the hospital and the family doctor to timely treat our client caused his death.
