Injuries Caused by Sidewalk Fall

We settled a premises liability case in which our client broke her foot due to a cracked and broken sidewalk. During the case, we interviewed witnesses and discovered that the property owner was aware of the broken sidewalk and had made some inadequate attempt to repair the sidewalk prior to our client’s fall.
