Settlement in Case Where Delay in Delivering Baby Caused Cerebral Palsy

We filed and settled a case against a hospital in Washington Pennsylvania and an obstetrician for failing to timely deliver a baby who was suffering from a lack of oxygen. We argued that the delay in delivering the baby caused him to suffer cerebral palsy and irreversible brain damage. As a result of the settlement, the little boy will receive the 24-hour a day care that he requires for the rest of his life.
