Severed Median Nerve during Endoscopic Carpel Tunnel Surgery

Our Minnesota client suffered a completely lacerated median nerve during an endoscopic carpel tunnel surgery.  Although another surgeon tried to repair the cut nerve, our client continues to suffer significant pain and limitations to her right hand.  Berger Lagnese & Paul, LLC, a law firm based in Pittsburgh, filed a medical malpractice lawsuit in Minnesota against the surgeon.  The doctor paid a confidential sum of money to settle the case.
